Can you actually believe that I'm talking about a jacket?? Yes I know - I need to get out more.
I saw this beige suede jacket almost a month ago, but I decided to put it down because I already own a closet full of coats and jackets that I rarely wear. But before I put it back on the rack, I modeled it a few times and an old man even gave me the thumbs up on my potential purchase. I fought the urge to give into the jacket and I went back home.
I made another attempt to vintage shop a few weeks later because I had no purchases to write about for this entry and I was getting a little worried. I sifted through tons of items, but they all seemed to be too boring or just plain ugly. Even when things looked bleak, I persevered because we couldn't put up Happygrrls without Vintage Vibe (well, we could). And then I saw it - the beige jacket that I dashed to the wind so easily a few weeks back. I picked it up, not even looking at the price tag and whipped out my Interac card. It was mine!! And for only $12.99!
But before I made a mad rush to the checkout, I found this cute little scarf for $1.99. I know that it can be worn as a scarf, but I plan on wearing it as a belt with a pair of jeans.
